EFFECTS OF MOBILE BANKING SERVICES ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Abstract
The research will be focusing on answering the question if the
customers are satisfied with mobile banking. The researcher will
examine mobile bank on the concept of it acceptance and how wide it
cover the market of banking sector compared to other means of
banking.
The researcher will conduct the research through questionnaire,
interview and reviewing documents. The data is acquired from
customers and KCB bank Mtito Andei . This is done in order to improve
the performance of the bank and also improving customer service in
mobile banking
